If you are looking for the best apartment in the Lake Nona area, you should choose Dwell. The staff is excellent and the amenities are great. The work out gym has the latest equipment and the pool is well maintained. The town home is spacious. The grounds and garbage disposal area is kept very clean. Dwell is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and schools. Most of all Dwell is a quiet and safe place to live.
Moved here from Westchester, NY in February and everyone is very friendly and professional. Everything feels clean and the gym is an excellent amenity that exceeded my expectations. Maintenance is always very responsive and friendly. A lot of residents don’t clean up their dog poop which is annoying but that’s on them as dog owners and not Dwell. Pool is nice, area is usually very quiet, the gazebo on the lake is a nice spot to hangout for a bit. Not much other than fast food in the area but Lake Nona is growing fast. Overall a very nice place to live.

The staff Was and Still Is Very Friendly like Family. They just had an End of Summer BBQ Pool Party. Lots of food, drinks, desserts, popcorn, snow cones and a DJ!
Property is immaculately maintained Inside & Out. Security patrolled. Excellent Location to all stores, restaurants, schools and 5 minutes to Route 417. Highly Recommended.
We selected Dwell Apartments for our temporary home until our house was being built for 8 months. Dwell was the best!!! We fell in love with management and the staff.. Will Stearns, the Property Manager, was always wonderful and made sure he helped in every way possible. When we closed on our selling our condo, Will took the time to help us with notary, paperwork and made the process convenient. All of Dwell staff treated us as family. I wished I could have taken them with me to our new neighborhood.
Lived here for 4 years as a student and loved living at Dwell Nona Place. The gym is amazing - you don't need a membership with the machines, weight rack, and jungle gym -, the premises are always clean, the management is very responsive and reasonable, maintenance comes quick, the area is safe & quiet, parking was never an issue, and the location near Narcoossee road is great. Also, the pool is great and hardly ever busy and the walking trails make it easy to get some steps. My rent hardly increased (only increased ~10%) in the entire 4 years I lived there even though the market price for a similar unit sky-rocketed (increased ~60%). Would recommend this apartment over any other apartment complex in the Lake Nona area because of the management, amenities, and value.
We've been living at Dwell Nona Place for almost 9 months now. The whole experience is really nice, but the best part is the staff for sure. It's always a pleasure, for instance, to get some coffee in the lobby and have a nice chat with Jackie, who keeps the area clean and restocked all the time! Highly recommend it!
